Inman Athletics and Clubs
Inman offers a wide array of sports in each season, from football, softball, basketball, soccer, track, cross county, cheerleading, and lacrosse. Most sports are APS-sponsored team sports, although some are club activities like girls lacrosse. Other club activities range from the art, creative writing, chess, photography, to leadership, student government and social awareness activities.
You must have a physical and proof of insurance turned in to the PE Dept. before you may tryout for that particular sport. Forms in PE office.

Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run of Atlanta is a non-profit program for girls in the 3rd through 8th grade. Our mission is to inspire girls to be Joyful, Healthy and Confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. The 12 week after-school curriculum uses the experience of training for and running a 5K race to show girls that anything is possible. Girls on the Run inspires girls to stay true to themselves and live free from societal stereotypes.
- The fall Inman Girls on Track program (for 6th-8th grade girls) will meet on Monday and Wednesday afternoons for 90 minutes starting at 4:00. Registration opens online on August 15th at www.girlsontherunatlanta.org. The season starts on September 7th and runs through Nov. 16th. Our end-of-season 5K race is on November 13, 2011.
