"Peter Pan" a Huge Smash!!



 

Kristin Gorell, along with enthusiastic and parent volunteer, design specialist Ginna Grant, local artist Nicci  Boroski, 7  Stages consultant Heidi Howard, and Inman art teacher, Mandy Lebowitz, are now basking in the rave reviews of their April 30/May 1 production of Peter Pan.  The show was held in the Inman Middle School Auditorium.  Gorell, the director of the play, is an artist with a background in both theater and film.  She got involved with the drama club last year to help support the interests of her daughter, Zoe Ravina, an Inman eighth grader and last year helped put on the show “30 Reasons Not to Be in a Play.”

                                   

The goal of the Drama Club is to develop a show that reflects the kids’ interests and experience.  The club, which meets on Tuesdays after school, is always looking for parents and community volunteers that can help with sound and music, construction, and lighting.
